Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is critical to ensuring that candidates have the best experience possible and that Talent Acquisition operations run smoothly. You will work cross-functionally with a range of teams, from recruiters and hiring managers to department heads, department administration and other internal stakeholders.This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:- Supporting 3-5 Recruiters with scheduling interviews (phone, video and in-office)- Working with all stakeholders to ensure that our recruiting process is being followed- Participate in a variety of operations-based projects to help our Talent Acquisition Team to meet and exceed corporate objectives- Work directly with candidates to arrange travel through our internal travel agency and then process their expenses post interview for refund- Work directly with recruiters and leadership to ensure a very positive candidate experience -Potentially using different sites, including our internal database to source for candidates- Maintaining interview and onboarding trackers- Entering requisitions into ATS (about 25% of the time)

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with working in a HR/Recruiting function or staffing agency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator and/or Office Manager with basic understanding of recruiting and HR concepts, policies, and administrative procedures• Coordination of activities and/or project management in a HR environment• Excellent organizational/time management skills and able to cope well with a high volume of work• Demonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills• Experience working in talent acquisition/recruitment/Human Resources• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs• Must have very strong attention to detail, customer service skills and proven time management strategies.• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal clients and hiring managers at all levels.• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision and exhibit ability to make quick decisions.• Tech savvy; ability to navigate systems and internet and intranet sites• Problem solving and independent decision-making skills


High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
