The Manager of Learning Program Strategy and Design will be responsible for leading a team of Program Owners and Instructional Designers who work tirelessly to bring our purpose to life through consistent and measurable colleague performance. This person is a critical team member within the CVS Health Enterprise, Learning, Development and Performance Center of Excellence (ELD&P) within the Human Resources business unit and reports to the Sr. Manager of PBM Specialty (ELD&P). The ideal candidate is a consumer-obsessed and highly creative expert in the field of Learning Program Management and Evaluation. This person is responsible for coaching their team to use technology, data, and adult learning strategy to solve business opportunities through colleague performance solutions. This leader will be successful when program design and strategy is yielding positive, measurable performance results for the PBM Specialty colleagues we support. This individual should thrive in a rapidly changing environment and lead their team to think big. The ideal candidate is a consumer-obsessed and highly creative expert in the field of Learning Program Management and Evaluation. This person is responsible for coaching their team to use technology, data, and adult learning strategy to solve business opportunities through colleague performance solutions. This leader will be successful when program design and strategy is yielding positive, measurable performance results for the PBM Specialty colleagues we support. This individual should thrive in a rapidly changing environment and lead their team to think big. Responsibilities include: Plan and set performance objectives to develop talent in order to drive measurable business results within a business area 60%.Set objectives and delivers results with their team, Sr. HR and Business Leaders that have a significant impact on multiple or new roles and the achievement of results within a business area 20%.Develops dynamic reporting to illustrate and communicate outcomes, gaps, and success 20%.Ideal candidates have a commitment to our purpose of bringing our heart to every moment of health*This position is a work from home anywhere position*
• 6+ years of experience delivering performance-based solutions to a high volume learner population• 3+ years experience leading/managing others

• Experience delivering training in the Caremark PBM• Advanced business acumen with demonstrated experience using data reporting tools to communicate outcomes• Advanced knowledge in Adult Learning strategy and design
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design/learning-related discipline preferred or equalvanet experience considered• M.Ed or advanced training in related discipline preferred with 4+ years of related experience
