Our Mission: Our mission is to create access to high quality integrated health care and promote well-being for individuals, families, and our communities. As a Federally Qualified Health Center with a focus on integrated, primary care, we believe that every human has the right to access whole health. We have locations in Amherst, Huntington, and Worthington, as well as a school-based health center at Gateway Regional Middle/High School and a Community Center in Huntington. The CFO is also responsible for shepherding, as a member of the Senior Management team, organizational strategic planning and site expansion implementation. A day in the life of this role: In this highly visible role, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer. As Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee the financial operation of the organization, ensuring all financial decisions and processes keep HCHC?s ability to fulfill its mission in mind. These duties include, but are not limited to, the supervision of the Finance and Billing departments, preparation and monitoring of the organization?s annual operating budget, cash management, and representing the fiscal interests of the organization in external business relationships. What we need from you: Required Qualifications: ? Master\'s degree in accounting, business administration, public administration, or a related field. ? Experience managing finances in healthcare. Preferred Qualifications: ? Five years of experience in finance. ? Experience managing finances for a non-profit. ? Experience managing finances for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). ?
