Tech Connect Supervisor - Hybrid Schedule - Hiring Bonus! Seeking a full time (37.5 hours/week) Tech Connect Supervisor. The Tech Connect Supervisor works within the Business Development Department. Responsible for the purchasing, billing, implementing, administering, tracking, and internal/external training involving use of smart phones, tablets, and/or laptops by identified ESWA consumers across all agency programs via the \"Tech Connect Program\". Position funded through July 2025. Continued contingent on additional funding. Qualifications and Abilities: Bachelor\'s degree in technical field with 1 year of supervisory experience required. A minimum of 2 years of relevant technical work experience and supervision of technical work required. Bilingual English Spanish preferred. Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to train older adults within a diverse user community how to operate technology successfully required. Strong Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Apple products and applications knowledge, and Google Chromebooks knowledge required. Experience in working with older adults and knowledge of human service resources desirable. Use of a reliable vehicle including active vehicle insurance with a current license to drive required. Must have moderate physical mobility. Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Ability to climb stairs. Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels within the organization, including consumers and volunteers both orally and in writing. Ability to multi-task, keep accurate records, have a strong attention to detail, document clearly, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing all within a fast-paced environment. \ A hiring bonus will be awarded in 2 parts, half at 120 Days, and half at 1 year of active employment.
