Job Description

The Quality Associate III supports the Quality and GMP Training Function. This could include: presenting established training items to a group audience, 1 on 1 OJT training and mentoring, creation of new GMP training materials, data entry and maintenance of Learning Management System (LMS). Expectations that the Quality Associate III will maintain high quality levels on all aspects of their job while achieving high levels of efficiency.

•Delivery of established training materials, creation of new materials.

•Responsible for various aspects of quality assurance and quality control related to their functional area.

•Support troubleshooting and resolution of quality compliance issues.

•Communicates with Management for Quality Management Review, Quality Initiatives, etc.

Incumbent is responsible for quality decisions related to their functional area to ensure compliance with AbbVie Quality Systems and cGMPs.

Significant Work Activities -Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; preferably in Physical or Life Sciences or Pharmacy

•Must also be familiar with AbbVie Quality Systems as well as cGMP and other regulatory requirements.

•Strong communication Skills, both oral and written
