Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking a talented and diligent individual to fill our opening for a Paralegal/ Contract Administrator Assistant. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, possess initiative and creativity, and demonstrate the ability to work with sound independent judgment. You should also have experience utilizing contract management software, with the capability of performing under minimal supervision.

Key Skills:

• Entry-level position but must have at least 1-2 years legal experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other database applications. Experience with Lotus Notes is a plus.

• Exhibits a professional and confident demeanor.

• Highly organized, capable of multitasking and fulfilling several concurrent responsibilities while still meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• You will review purchase orders and process various contract documents.

• Preparedness is expected in submitting and maintaining the company's contractor and engineering licenses.

• Your work will include distributing, reconciling, and responding to internal departmental budgets about fiscal year forecasts and plans.

• You will be responsible for organizing and tracking document expiration in the legal department files.

• You will collect, sort, and maintain various data, including confidential and proprietary information of the company.

• You will be expected to coordinate insurance matters alongside the corporate risk manager.

• Performing special assignments and projects directed by the General Counsel will also be part of your responsibilities.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Ideally, you should hold a 4-year business degree, although 1-2 years of experience with a Paralegal Certificate is acceptable.

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or Contract Specialist will also be beneficial.
