Bear Mountain Healthcare has immediate openings for a licensed nurse supervisor looking to work in our Long-Term Care Facility in the Worcester, MA area. Bear Mountain of West Springfield is conveniently located just minutes from Springfield MA. The nurse supervisor is responsible for overseeing direct nursing care and will assume responsibility and accountability for nursing care and services to residents.

Bear Mountain at Worcester is a specialized skilled nursing facility providing neuro-rehabilitation for traumatic and acquired brain injuries, ventilator weaning and management and care of medically complex patients. Job Requirements:
Valid license in the state of MA
2 years of prior experience working in a skilled LTC setting preferred
Must be fully vaccinated and boosted per MA regulations
