Position : Lock Box Processor

Pay Rate : $20.50 - $30.50
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
Location: Worcester, MA - 386 Main Street
Hours: 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
Purpose/Objective :
Primary operator for lockbox document processing equipment to group, balance, scan, and capture required information. Enter and locate transaction errors and discrepancies.
Key Accountabilities :
Complete all processing for lockbox customers
Pick up mail as necessary from post offices
Complete Positive Pay reviews
Make corrections/returns for Harper’s and ETI
Create PDF’s for ETI Drafts
Process Bank by Mail – Teller Insight as necessary for lending areas
Complete 386 Main mailroom functions
Store Central Mass Branch work and complete research request
Scan department documents to FCM for ACH, Wires, and Lockbox
Complete Mobile and ATM daily reviews to assist Deposit Ops
Processing of Canadian Items for Lockbox and RDC Customers
Backup Lockbox Manager for vacation coverage
Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one’s duties.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Banking experience
