Job Title: Operator Foreman

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified construction foreman equipment operators. This employee will be working for a commercial flooring company managing crews of 6+ employees. Job duties will include back office planning and management, on-site check-ins, and managing crews of 5 employees. Ideally looking for someone who has either lead crews on-site or something from a PM setting. You will also be responsible for operating equipment such as loaders, dozers, and excavators. A 2A1C is a requirement for this position. This role is open because a long standing foreman/ crew lead is retiring after many years of service at the company. Offering very competitive pay relative to the market.

Hard Skills

• Leading crews of 5+ Managing subcontractors

• Reading blueprints, project plans, and project specifications

• Operating heavy equipment including loader, dozer, excavator.

• Pay rate between $30 - $40 an hour based on experience.

• 70 % prevailing wage jobs

• 2A1C license.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 months.

Pay Rate: $75,000 - 100k+ a year. Open to higher pay for the right employee.
