Caregiver Specialist - Hybrid Schedule - Hiring Bonus! Seeking a full time/part time (37.5 hours/week) Caregiver Specialist. The Caregiver Specialist works within the Family Caregiver Support Program. The Caregiver Specialist will carry out programming for the Massachusetts Family Caregiver Support Program as defined by the Administration on Community Living and Executive Office of Elder Affairs guidelines. Including, providing information about resources in the community, education, and training, one to one counseling and assisting with access to respite and supplemental services. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in human services or related field preferred. Two years\' experience with outreach and education services required, with elders and caregivers preferred. Use of a reliable vehicle including active vehicle insurance with a current license to drive required. Experience with public speaking required. Ability to travel to various sites and work occasional evenings and weekends to attend meetings and conduct training and education. Must have moderate physical mobility. Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Excellent organizational skills required. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others required. Ability to multi-task, keep accurate records, have a strong attention to detail, document clearly and communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Must have strong interpersonal skills and adhere to confidentiality in all aspects of the position. Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft products (Excel, SharePoint, Word) required and experience or willingness to learn databases. \ A hiring bonus will be awarded in 2 parts, half at 120 Days, and half at 1 year of active employment.
