Amergis Admin Assistant in Worcester, Massachusetts

The Patient Access Representative serves as the first line of contact between external clients and the clinic. The Patient Access Representative provides excellent customer service and responds to patient needs using good judgement, a caring attitude, and accurate documentation. Patient Access Representatives handle patient check-in, check-out, and supply sales at the front desk of the health center.

Position: Administrative Assistant (Patient Access Representative)

Location: Worcester, MA

Pay Rate: $23/hr

Duration: 13 weeks

Facility Type: Health Clinic

Schedule: Monday–Friday; 8am-4pm | Saturday Availability (8am-1:30pm)


  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Computer experience (Microsoft Office Suite)

  • 1 - 3 years of experience preferred

  • Previous experience working in a health care setting with electronic health records and basic understanding of health insurance preferred
