As a Reporting Analyst you will be supporting our GDIT Federal Civil Division State and Local Health team for a state Medicaid program which will be publicly awarded end 2022. The program will have progressive growth and expansion of services as it is a multi-year program. The program will engage with state customers, other module vendors, subcontracting vendors and many stakeholder entities. The selected candidate will work with a team who has extensive Medicaid, healthcare, and project experience with multiple states.


  • Define problems, independently conduct research as necessary, formulate solutions, makes recommendations as necessary

  • Oversee and facilitate the flow of information between and among operations, departments and various clients

  • Coordinates the development of user report requirements.

  • Helps identify data elements required to produce meaningful reports.

  • Recommends establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information.

  • Serve as the primary contact with the client regarding program reporting.

  • Coordinate the effort to provide the necessary reporting artifacts for Service Level Agreements (SLAs), IV&V reports as well as CMS reviews and Certification.

  • Ensure that the subcontractor reports satisfy the program requirements and SLAs.

  • Ensure that the operations SLA reporting accurately measures the SLA.

  • Responsible for preparation and submission of the SLA report card.

  • Collect and submit monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports and artifacts to the client

  • Perform quality review of data integrity

  • Researches process improvement techniques and industry best practices

  • Partners with business process owners during operations and management on strategic initiatives


Education : BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

Required Experience : 2+ years of experience

Required Technical Skills : Microsoft Office Suite

Security Clearance Level : N/A

Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills, problem solving

Preferred Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel preferred
