American Tower Specialist Landlord Relations in Woburn, Massachusetts
The Team
We are seeking a Landlord Relations Specialist to join American Tower’s U.S. Tower division’s Land Management team within the Finance organization. The Land Management team ensures the Company’s U.S. assets are protected and ensures customers have positive experiences with American Tower. Day to day you will field and resolve general inquiries from landlords while maintaining high levels of customer service. As a Landlord Relations Specialist you will partner cross-functionally to ensure landlords’ inquiries are answered and/or routed to the appropriate internal team(s) for processing.
What You Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Between 1–3 years of direct customer service experience required.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, required.
Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
Experience interpreting legal documents, including real estate leases and contracts, preferred.
Administrative experience in an office environment strongly preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
What You Can Offer Us
Answer calls and address within one business day any landlord inquiry, while providing high-quality customer service throughout issue resolution, close out, and follow up.
Review and address general requests from landlords. Manage multiple issues simultaneously.
Develop long term, mutually beneficial relationships with landlords.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure interactions with landlords maximize the Company’s financial interest and improve landlord relations.
Provide copies of lease agreements and rent checks to landlords when requested.
Maintain the Landlord Relationship Management database with contact, owner, and issue information.
Other duties as assigned.
