Position Summary
Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as injection molding, compression molding, mixing, milling, and extruding machines.
Essential Functions
Perform electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance to injection molding, compression molding, mixing, milling, and extruding machines.
Repair auxiliary equipment such as mold heaters, ovens, loaders, spoolers, pumps, and parts conveyors by dismantling, cleaning and replacing worn or defective parts and assemblies.
Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove and replace any defective parts.
May be required to research part availability and initiates purchase order for needed repair parts.
Perform building maintenance as required.
Work cross functionally to support company LEAN and High Performance team objectives and initiatives.
Adheres to all Parker safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship or have U.S. Permanent Resident Status required.
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, basic electrical, and PLC logic is preferred.
Molding industry experience preferred.
Strong communications and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced manufacturing environment with minimal supervision.
Ability to read and follow written and/or verbal instruction in English.
Ability to lift and or move up to 40 lbs.
