Job Title: HVAC Service Assembler

Job Description

Troubleshoots and resolves refrigeration, mechanical, electrical and system control problems. Service, repair, and assemble Lytron parts such as chillers. Perform preventative maintenance in service cell - perform adjustments and maintain lubrication of tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and system control problems.

• Service, repair, and assemble Lytron parts such as chillers.

• Perform preventative maintenance in the service cell, including adjustments and lubrication of tools and equipment.

Essential Skills

• HVAC installation and service experience

• Mechanical and assembly experience

• Troubleshooting skills

• Preventative maintenance experience

• Possess EPA 608 Universal Certification

• Brazing

• Soldering

Qualifications

• Experience with chiller units is a big plus

• HVAC Field experience (Need at least 1 year)

Work Environment

Very clean lean manufacturing facility. Work in small team cells. Dress is casual (jeans and a shirt)

Shift - 7 am - 3:30 pm Mon-Fri

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00
