Robert Half Human Resources Business Partner in Woburn, Massachusetts

Description

We are in the process of recruiting a Human Resources Business Partner for our team based in Woburn, MA. The primary function of this role is to collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies, manage talent, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance organizational performance.

  • Talent Management: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes to ensure we attract and retain top talent. Work with managers to identify training needs and career development opportunities.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Performance Management: Support the performance management process by guiding managers in setting goals, conducting evaluations, and facilitating feedback discussions.

  • Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote fairness and equity.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess workforce trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making.

  • Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by effectively communicating changes, addressing concerns, and facilitating training programs.

  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that values and respects differences.

    Requirements

  • Manufacturing Experience required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2-4 + years of HR generalist experience required

  • Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident.
