This leadership role is responsible for the ongoing management and support of enterprise Infrastructure solutions for area of focus across

the BILH system.

This includes driving all end-to-end activities to manage the development, delivery, and maintenance of the organizations IT infrastructure.

This role provides the strategic planning, implementation, and support of enterprise level infrastructure for area of focus services for all BILH entities.

Information Technology (IT) has undertaken a multi-year effort to harmonize IT systems across Beth Israel Lahey Health.

IT staff members may have the opportunity to participate in special projects that span Beth Israel Lahey Health as part of this harmonization effort.

This position may be assigned to work on special projects, and other job duties, as needed.

Job Description:

Department Specific Job Responsibilities

1 . This leadership role is responsible for the ongoing management and support of the IT, Telecommunications Services across the BILH system.

2. Responsible for assessment and decision making for technology solutions related to Telecommunications services

3. Leads a telecom department with 5 direct reports and 22 staff members.

4. Responsible for multiple Avaya Aura Enterprise phone systems servicing 300 locations and approximately 40,000 phones.

5. Oversees the move to cloud based Five9 CCaaS for HR and IT Support Desk.

6. Manages an operating budget of over 12,000,000.

Primary Responsibilities:

Works with the VP and Executive Director of IT Infrastructure to develop and implement a long-term strategic direction for area of focus services and may contribute to the development and execution of the enterprise-wide IT strategic plan. (essential)

Responsible for assessment and decision making for technology solutions related to area of focus services, working with leaders across BILH business units to prioritize the needs and deliver reliable, managed, and secure area of focus solutions. (essential)

Provides direction and leadership support for Level 3 IT Leadership. (essential)

Develops and maintains Service Level Agreements across the enterprise and is responsible for the service delivery and performance metrics to meet enterprise SLAs for area of focus services. (essential)

Responsible for developing and tracking Operations Metrics and Key Performance Indicators across area of focus services. (essential)

Works with hospital and BILH Senior Leadership to support clinical and non-clinical initiatives across the enterprise. (essential)

Works with VP and Executive Director of IT Infrastructure to develop and control annual operating and capital expenditure budget for area of focus services. (essential)

Manages strategic vendor relationships and partnerships to support to the direction of IT Infrastructure for area of focus services.

Required Qualifications:

*High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

*8-10 years related work experience required and 5-8

years. (supervisory/management experience required)

*Requires strong technical infrastructure knowledge, strong project management leadership experience, and experience with vendor relationships and financial budget management.

*Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to functional area and related systems.
