Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete order process, from receiving customer orders to ensuring timely and accurate delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, communication with vendors, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders accurately through the company's ERP or order management system.

• Inventory Coordination: Track inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of orders.

• Shipping & Logistics: Collaborate with shipping partners and internal teams to schedule deliveries and monitor shipment status, ensuring all orders are delivered on time.

• Customer Communication: Provide order status updates, address customer inquiries, and resolve any issues related to shipping or delivery.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory movements, and generate reports to track fulfillment performance.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all orders meet company standards for accuracy, product condition, and completeness before shipment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment

• Experience in providing high-quality customer service
