Randstad is partnered with a reputable insurance company to fill a permanent position on their team managing their commercial lines. This person will be responsible for managing existing business as well as bringing in new business. This role involves a base salary along with commission and bonus potential. The role requires experience in insurance/commercial lines. License preferred but not required.

salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within assigned commercial accounts.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet clients' evolving needs.

Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to inform account strategies.
