Budget Financial Analyst for Next Step Healthcare
Full Time Position
Key participant in the budgeting and financial analytical processes of a $250 million long term care company based in Woburn, MA.
Work collaboratively with multiple departments including operations, payroll, benefits, clinical services in preparation of budgets and financial analysis projects.
Reports to Corporate Controller
Skills and Qualification Requirements:Relevant progressive experience in a midsize to large company setting with healthcare experience preferred.
Proactive individual with proven ability to work with peers to solve problems, as well as work independently in creating solutions.
Excellent time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines, multi-tasking abilities and organization skills with a strong sense of urgency.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree is required.
2+ years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility with healthcare experience preferred.
Strong general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank knowledge.
Advanced computer skills including MS Office, Excel, and Dynamics Reporting.
