Budget Financial Analyst for Next Step Healthcare

Full Time Position

Essential Duties:

  • Key participant in the budgeting and financial analytical processes of a $250 million long term care company based in Woburn, MA.

  • Work collaboratively with multiple departments including operations, payroll, benefits, clinical services in preparation of budgets and financial analysis projects.

  • Reports to Corporate Controller

Skills and Qualification Requirements:Relevant progressive experience in a midsize to large company setting with healthcare experience preferred.

  • Proactive individual with proven ability to work with peers to solve problems, as well as work independently in creating solutions.

  • Excellent time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines, multi-tasking abilities and organization skills with a strong sense of urgency.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree is required.

  • 2+ years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility with healthcare experience preferred.

  • Strong general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank knowledge.

  • Advanced computer skills including MS Office, Excel, and Dynamics Reporting.
