Super Service Today Sales for HVAC & Plumbing in Wilmington, Massachusetts

Job Description Because we have been in business for 15 years and we are on track for tremendous growth in 2024, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales associate to join our team. As a comfort advisor your primary responsibility will be to offer our products and services to residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers in order to showcase our products and services. Create customized solutions that meet the needs of each individual customer. Present options to customers on site using our state-of-the-art software. Own the sale from start to finish, be a point of contact for the customer throughout their project and follow up with the customer after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and to generate referrals. Maintain extensive product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing. Participate in weekly sales training with the rest of the team to continue growing your skillset. Requirements Previous sales experience is required, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers. Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC systems and the ability to explain their features and benefits to customers. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and goal oriented. A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
