Adecco US, Inc. Press Operator in Wilmington, Massachusetts

Our client, a leading printing manufacturer is currently seeking experienced Press Operators (Flexographic) for 1 st & 2 nd shift. These are direct-hire opportunities with great benefits.

Position Title: Press Operator

Pay Rate Range: Up to $34/hr. depending on experience.

Schedule(s)/Hour’s 1st shift : 6:00am – 4:05pm, Monday-Thursday

2nd shift: 3:55pm – 2:00am, Monday-Thursday (+2hr shift diff)

Location: Wilmington, MA

Responsibilities Include:

  • Efficient setup and operation of a flexographic press (Arsoma, Gallus, or Nilpeter flexographic press).

  • Focused on meeting specifications in product quality, safety, and effective management of material and product waste.

  • Working with a team, collectively ensuring the press is stocked with all necessary materials.

  • Support and contribute to an innovative culture, striving to create and develop new products.

Qualifications Include:

  • High School degree or equivalent

  • Two or more years in printing, flexographic experience required (Arsoma, Gallus, or Nilpeter). Narrow web experience is a must.

  • Mechanical aptitude

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems highly desired.

Salary/Hourly Pay Rate: $27- $34hr based on experience.
