National Accounts Subcontract Coordinator

Support the Sales and Service Teams with subcontracting needs. Manage accounts that UniFirst is subbing for other vendors and recover business subbed out to other vendors.

Subcontract out

  • Find a subcontract that will accept our contract pricing and program

  • Create Agreement with exhibit/profile

  • Execute the contract and maintain CXD’s and PI dates

  • Track Installs and Maintain Tracking Spreadsheets

  • Assist Subcontractors with customer issues when needed and work with AE

  • Manage Amendments and Renewals

  • Point Person on Billing Issues and account audits

Serving as Subcontractor

  • New Contracts, Amendments and Renewals

  • Verify coverage

  • Verify and Request approval on pricing if outside pre-approved pricing levels

  • Execute Subcontractor Contract

  • Rollout New Program to our Field locations

  • Track Installs and assist with service issues

  • Point Person on Billing Issues and account audits

Recover Business

  • Check UniFirst coverage & identify subbed business that can be serviced directly by UniFirst

  • Notify Subcontractors that we’ll be taking back business

  • Notify Customer that UniFirst will be starting service

  • Complete Transition Tasks

  • Coordinate buyout of merchandise with subcontractor and UniFirst field location

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 3 Years in a sales support / Operational Support Type Role

  • Bachelors in Business or related field preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the sales and service teams.

  • Effective communication, prioritization, organization, customer service, and follow up skills.

  • Relationship building, contract negotiations, and industry knowledge.

  • Strong orientation towards analytic work, details, precision and problem solving.

  • High competency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Comfortable working independently and with all levels of management.

  • Process driven with the ability and desire to think and work outside the box.
