About This Role
We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for:
Serve as the primary ISC representative to program areas. Working across multiple ISC disciplines, coordinate the timely, accurate, and complete execution of engineering development and productionactivities.
Represent ISC on the Program !PT
Coordinate ISC CAM EVMS planning and execution
Coordinate contractual requirements flow down
Lead integration of production requirements/demands
Coordinate all Operations financial reporting
Coordinate all Operations proposal inputs
Coordinate and support all Customer Audits
Facilitate Program Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning (SIOP) Execution
Plan Operations Headcount Needs (FAIT/Support)
Facilitate Technical Interchange / Problem Resolution
Represent Operations in Program Reviews, Gate Reviews, and Design Reviews
Identify, Track, and Mitigate Risks
Strong leadership skills and experience.
Effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the organization verbally and in writing; translates technical decisions/strategies into business terms and implications; produces clear, understandable documentation geared for all audiences.
Manages time and resources efficiently, focusing on ever-shifting priorities; continually seeks way to improve individual/team efficiency.
Exhibits an assertive personality with a strong bias for action with a results-orientation; tackles tough problems with firm deadlines.
Effective and expeditious problem isolation with demonstrable troubleshooting and corrective action skills.
Must have strong written and verbal communications skills and be able to work in a team orientedenvironment.
- Position typically requires a B.S. within manufacturing process development and/or industrial engineering or related discipline
License and Certification Requirment:
- This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (JTAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
