Job title: Machine Operator May be assigned to any of the following: Flow Wrapper, Mixer, Sheeting Line, Oven, Bagger Company Information: Monogram Foods Solutions is a leading manufacturer and marketer of value-added meat products, snacks, and appetizers. Monogram specializes in strategic co-packing, private label, and branded business, with both owned brands and licensed brands. Monogram?s broad portfolio of products includes beef jerky, bacon jerky, turkey jerky, meat sticks, pickled sausages and pickled eggs, smoked sausage, hotdogs, pre-cooked bacon, bacon, corndogs, mini corndogs, pancake and sausage, potato skins, onion rings, breaded cheese strips, cheese curds, jalapeno poppers, breaded mushrooms, breaded vegetables, and other value-added foods. 1st shift hours will be 5:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday 2nd shift hours will be 4:30 pm to 3:00 am, Monday through Friday The Ideal Candidate will have the Following Qualifications: Physical environment/working conditions: The employee is required to walk; stand; and use hands, fingers, and arms to handle, feel, and reach. This position is regularly exposed to wet, warm, humid, and cold temperatures and loud noise levels. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 55 pounds. Education and Experience Education, prior work experience, and specialized skill and knowledge: Complete the required onboarding/training period Complete Certification Training (T&D) Complete Certification in Lock Out Tag Out Language Skills Verbal and written communication skills.
