salary: $24 - $28 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Process customer credit card payments and pre-authorizations

• -Follow up on credit card declines. Maintain accurate credit card information

• -Post customer payments daily, researching and resolving any discrepancies

• -Process customer returns on a timely basis

• -Perform customer account analysis & reconciliation

• -Establish and monitor credit limits. Release credit-qualified orders

• -Maintain accurate credit limit records in ERP system and credit insurance portal

• -Perform collection calls & emails. Maintain an accurate log of past-due balances

• -Negotiate payment plans with clients to resolve outstanding balances

• -Investigate customer charge-backs by directly communicating with customers, sales and sourcing teams to analyze and resolve the charges

• -Respond to credit reference requests
