Kforce Accounts Payable Specialist in Wilmington, Massachusetts

A Kforce client is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist in adding to the AP team. This position is 3 days onsite (Monday-Wednesday) and 2 days remote.Duties Include:

  • Full cycle service a vendor - pull information as needed, check for accuracy, and conduct research, understand, and ask questions

  • Help monitor emails within active AP mailbox

  • Upload invoices into AP system for processing

  • As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be reconciling vendor statements

  • Process minimum of 40 AP invoices daily/200 weekly

  • Respond to vendor emails

  • Purchase orders

  • SAP experience nice to have but not required, ERP system experience required

  • Ability and interest to learn a new system required

  • Analytical skills required

  • AP processing experience required

  • Understanding of purchase orders

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
