Facilities Associate Job in Williamstown, MA Job type: Temp to Perm Pay: \$19.25/hour Location: Williamstown, MA Hours: Second shift, Tues - Saturday 2pm - 10pm TEC is helping a local organization recruit for a 2nd shift Facilities Associate to join their team. Job Responsibilities: - Complete work orders for various tasks and building projects as needed. - Cleaning up all assigned areas and maintaining a safe environment - Assist with landscaping and keeping grounds safe by shoveling and pouring sand - Clean, sanitize and restock restrooms - Maintain lighting of all areas. - Assist with set up and break down of events/meetings by moving furniture, setting up chairs and tables, and more. - Maintain cleaning equipment - Clean and maintain carpet and floor spaces - Use ladders and scaffolding as needed - set up ladders and scaffolding - Help any visitors with questions about the facility if necessary Job Requirements and Qualifications: - The ability to read and follow instructions is required - Must have the ability to push, pull, lift, etc. 50 pounds - Must be able to use and set up a ladder/scaffolding - Must be able to be and work on feet for long periods of time - Must have a driver\'s license - Must be reliable and understand how to operate safely - 3+ years of experience preferred
