Town of Wilbraham Gym Supervisor-Part Time Year Round in Wilbraham, Massachusetts
GYM SUPERVISOR / PART TIME YEAR ROUND EXAMPLE OF DUTIES: Under the direction of the Recreation Department staff and school principals, supervises use of gymnasiums, opens and secures buildings at the end of use. Serves as contact between parents, coaches, players, and school administration. Serves as watchdog for prevention of vandalism, trespassers, or behavior inappropriate with the use of a school facility. Sets up and breaks down the gym and may clean gym, halls and bathrooms as necessary, reports broken equipment or safety issues. MIN. QUALIFICATIONS: Good communication skills, proven skills in working with the public, must be reliable and readily accept responsibility. Candidates will be required to satisfactorily complete an orientation program. LOCATION: May work at all school building gymnasiums in the Hampden-Wilbraham Regional School Districts and other town owned facilities: Minnechaug Regional H.S., Wilbraham M.S., Soule Road School, Stony Hill Road School, Memorial School, Thornton W.
