Citizens Wealth Strategic Reporting Manager in Westwood, Massachusetts

In supporting this vision, we are looking for a Wealth Strategic Reporting Manager who will be responsible for reporting on strategic progress across the Wealth Management business. The individual will need to analyze the current state of the business, assess competitors and industry trends, understand options to progress the strategic agenda, and partner with the Wealth leadership team and key partners across the Bank.   

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality presentations for various levels of the organization for a variety of purposes (e.g., internal colleague calls, executive and senior management forums, regulatory updates, management and partnership routines, ad hoc requests, etc.)

  • Facilitate development of materials from various stakeholders as needed

  • Develop impactful content and distill ideas appropriately based on audience

  • Ensure integrity of the data being used in materials

  • Assist in development, monitoring, and communication of Wealth’s growth strategy

  • Evaluate impact of Consumer Bank/Enterprise strategy, industry trends, competitive positioning, benchmarking on Wealth’s growth strategy

  • Identify, diagnose and prioritize improvement opportunities for Wealth as appropriate

  • Provide strategic consultation to Wealth leadership and their teams

  • Execute strategic initiatives as appropriate

  • Develop high-quality presentations for various levels of the organization

  • Support ongoing measurement/monitoring of Wealth’s growth strategy

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services preferably as a consultant or in a strategy, marketing, or communications role

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

  • Ability to communicate complex concepts and create executive level reporting and presentations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate financial data and translate into actionable insights

  • Strong management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Strategic and innovative mindset and ability to think long-term while also executing short-term goals

  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • Knowledge of Wealth Management product, services, and industry trends

  • Knowledge of Retail/consumer banking products, services, and industry trends a plus

  • Knowledge of agile principles and delivery a plus

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $165,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
