Summary About the Position: This position is with the 412th Theater Engineer Command, HHC, 302 Maneuver Enhancement Brigade located in Westover Air Force Base, Massachusetts. Exercise supervision over the daily activities of a full time staff. Formulate plans and programs to insure consistent implementation of the Commander?s objectives. Provide advice to the Commander and staff on a variety of programs associated with carrying out the organization?s mission. Conduct analysis of programs and activities through the review of reports. Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates and set and adjust short term priorities. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes managing operations and programs for a unit in the areas of personnel and pay management, training, administration, supply, maintenance operations, information management, resource management, recruitment, inspections and investigations, public relations, and/or security; analyzing and providing guidance on directives, policies, or instructions from higher headquarters; maintaining oversight of the overall readiness status of subordinate units; and exercising supervision over the daily activities of a full time staff.
