What you will do
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Product Management to lead our software platforms, cloud computing, and AI initiatives for the next generation security platform product portfolio within Access Control & Video Surveillance Security Products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas and a proven track record of driving product success at a strategic level.
How you will do it
Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate the strategic vision for AI, software platforms, and cloud computing products. Align product goals with overall business objectives and market opportunities
Market Research and Analysis: Oversee comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to guide product strategy and development
Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a high-level product roadmap that outlines key milestones, features, and enhancements. Prioritize initiatives based on business value and customer impact
Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product concepts. Use customer insights to drive continuous improvement
AI and Cloud Integration: Oversee the integration of AI technologies and cloud computing capabilities into our software platforms. Ensure seamless and scalable solutions that meet customer needs
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance
Stakeholder Management: Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business goals
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing product management team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
What we look for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Proven experience as a Director of Product Management or similar leadership role, preferably in AI, software platforms, and cloud computing or Access Control and Video Surveillance
Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud computing, and software development processes
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
