job summary:

This is an excellent Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist opportunity (DIRECT HIRE) at a well established company north of Boston. Our client offers tremendous stability and long term growth with in a team oriented environment.

Our client is looking for a motivated and detail oriented AR professional to perform full cycle Accounts Receivable duties including credit, collections, process improvements, negotiate payment plans, vendor relations and business partnering. This person will increase cash flow and maximize efficiencies while reducing the DSO.

location: Westford, Massachusetts

salary: $60,000 - 70,000 per year

  • Create various reports for Management related to Accounts Receivable, Credit, Accounting and Tax departments

  • Gather and research required documents as requested from clients, vendors and regulatory agencies

  • Reconciliations

  • Cash Management and Reporting

  • Maintain files and customer records; create files for new accounts and assist with credit process

  • Review invoices for accuracy, resolve any discrepancies

  • Work closely with accounting management on various administrative duties

  • Release orders upon receipt of payment


The ideal profile includes:

  • 2 years of relevant experience in AR role

  • Strong communication skills
