Payroll & HR Administrator

Direct-Hire/Permanent position

Robert Half has partnered with a manufacturing business in their search of a new Payroll & HR Administrator to join their HR Department. Ideal candidates will have at least a few years of payroll processing experience for over 100 employees, and have strong Payroll/Timeclock software experience. Previous experience within the manufacturing industry or with union payroll experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of weekly payrolls for hourly union employees, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Use Paylocity software to review and correct discrepancies in employee timecards and to process payrolls.

• Act as the primary on-site contact for supervisors and employees for all payroll-related queries.

• Assist with employee file maintenance, new-hire onboarding, employee engagement events, etc.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records of customer credit.
