Ameresco Site Maintenance Supervisor in Westborough, Massachusetts

The Operations and Maintenance team is seeking a Site Maintenance Supervisor reporting directly to the Director of Solar Operations.
Provide daily administrative support to the Director of Solar Operations;
In conjunction with Human Resources, screen, and interview candidates for permanent and seasonal staffing needs;
Ensure prompt weekly review and approval of time, tracking, and scheduling in Workday and Asset Planner;
Assist all staff with all non-field work including telephone, mail, office coverage, communications, set-up of new hires and all other required administrative tasks;
Provide quality assurance, training, guidance, and safety oversite to staff, site management, and subcontractors;
Communicate all project specifications and requirements to Project Foreman;
In conjunction with Purchasing, create and track all purchase orders through the Corporate System (E-Payables)
Create and maintain documentation of all projects civil engineering requirements to ensure compliance and track subcontractors per project site;
Act as liaison between Customer and Field Staff which includes participating in meetings, calls, and communications as necessary;
Manage estimating, quoting, invoicing and job costing for annual site maintenance;
Complete all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required by contract documents; and;
Perform other duties as required.
Four-year college degree and/or equivalent related work experience.
Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Proven track record with learning and mastering third-party applications.
Knowledge of Solar PV a plus.
Knowledge in the following areas, of Field Service and Quick Book, to include: Dispatching, Scheduling, Work Orders, Job Costing, Data Entry, and Invoicing.
