Job Title: Safety Specialist

Job Description

As a Safety Specialist, you will identify and inform management of compliance issues, risks, and improvement opportunities through the conduct of regular audits. You will facilitate the investigation process and maintain required paperwork to comply with regulations. Your responsibilities will also include entering information in the internal database promptly, performing observations and audits, and training and assisting others such as Area Managers and team members to fulfill their responsibilities. You may also have additional responsibilities for fire prevention, hazardous waste management, or other related activities depending on the business unit and location.

Hard Skills

• OSHA Understanding

• Understanding of manufacturing safety procedures

• Comfortable in safety supervision

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Westborough, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

This position operates in a 2nd shift schedule, 3 pm - 11 pm, Monday through Friday.
