Description

We are offering a short-term, fully-remote contract employment opportunity for a Recruiter in Westborough, Massachusetts. This role is primarily situated in the industry of corporate recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and onboarding for technical roles in the software development, programming, and project management sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Leading full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential candidates to successfully onboarding new hires.

• Regularly meeting with the management team to provide updates on recruitment progress.

• Utilizing platforms such as Careerbuilder for effective candidate sourcing.

• Conducting background checks and pre-screening processes to ensure candidate suitability.

• Offering direct sourcing methods to attract candidates with experience in the relevant fields.

• Balancing recruitment duties with occasional HR tasks.

• Extending job offers to selected candidates and managing the negotiation process.

• Ensuring self-sufficiency in all recruitment tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in conducting Background Checks to verify candidate information

• Familiarity with Corporate Recruiting strategies and best practices

• Ability to perform Direct Sourcing to identify prospective candidates

• Experience in Prescreening candidates before formal interview process

• Comfortable with Extending Offers and negotiating terms with selected candidates
