Job Title: Product Support Engineer

Location: Hybrid onsite in Westborough, Massachusetts

Position Type: Long-term contract

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Product Support Engineer who excels in troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills, and is experienced with Linux.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to software teams, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability.

• Identify opportunities to prevent potential problems and implement solutions based on lessons learned.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and support materials.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of technical support experience for software teams.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux operating systems.

• Experience scripting in modern programming languages.

• containerization with Docker or Kubernetes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with machine learning, computer vision, or related technologies such as video streaming and processing.

• Familiarity with hardware qualification and testing processes.

• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.

• Understanding of networking protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, Websockets).
