TEKsystems Hybrid Banking Customer Service Representative in Westborough, Massachusetts

Description:

As a Hybrid Banking Customer Service Representative - you will be handling:

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts, transactions, and banking services.

  • Assist clients with opening, closing, and managing their accounts, including updating personal information.

  • Handle various transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.

  • Provide detailed information about banking products and services, and suggest suitable options to clients.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with accounts, including fraudulent activities.

  • Ensure all activities comply with banking regulations and internal policies.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
