Kelly Services Help Desk/ IT Technician in Westborough, Massachusetts

Three Keys to the Position: “ What 4 technical skills will the candidate have in their background that would enable them to do this job day one ?”:

  1. Imaging computers via Landesk, SCCM or another tool

  2. Experience setting up new associates/new hires

  3. Experience troubleshooting hardware and software

  4. Service desk experience, currently we use Cherwell

Percentage breakdown of the position or a percentage breakdown of responsibilities:

  1. Ticket support (level 2), 40%

  2. PC Setup from New Hires or planned PC Refresh, 35%

  3. Project work, 25 %
