Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Funding Support Role in the Insurance - Health industry. Located in Westborough, Massachusetts, this role involves handling funding requirements, arranging payments, and interacting with various internal departments to ensure smooth operation.

Responsibilities:

• Establish effective communication with clients to discuss funding requirements based on approved expenses.

• Coordinate and schedule payments to providers and other payees ensuring timely and accurate transactions.

• Liaise with claims examiners, account managers, and various other departments to facilitate information flow.

• Compile monthly audit reports, employing Excel Formulas and Microsoft Excel skills to ensure data accuracy.

• Reconcile client cash accounts, utilizing knowledge of Bank Deposit and Check Deposit operations.

• Handle Daily Mail operations and use Automated Clearing House (ACH) for efficient transaction processing.

• Leverage Microsoft Excel skills to maintain and update client and transaction records. Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas

• Experience with Bank Deposit and Check Deposit operations

• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions

• Ability to handle and organize Daily Mail

• Previous experience in performing Audit tasks

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks

• Knowledge of the health insurance industry is preferred

• Excellent organization and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

• High level of integrity and professionalism.
