Robert Half is assisting a prominent player in the manufacturing industry, to hire a Business Analyst with an emphasis on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, particularly MS Dynamics 365. The successful candidate will play a key role in the ongoing implementation and integration of the MS Dynamics 365 platform across the organization. This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in our Greater Boston Metrowest area offices for three days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

• Gather and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications

• Hand in hand with project teams, lead the design, testing and development stages of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation.

• Serve as the liaison between the users, IT department, and software providers

• Deliver user training and create user manuals related to MS Dynamics 365

• Compile CRM reports and present comprehensive insights and recommendations

• Contribute in roadmap development for CRM including implementation schedules, project estimates, resource plans, status reports, etc.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst with strong CRM focus- specifically in the implementation and customization of MS Dynamics 365

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong plus

• Proven track record creating and executing project plans within time and budget constraints

• Experience of working within a Microsoft environment is considered an advantage

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Deep understanding of CRM strategies and business operations

• Must have demonstrable problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
