Full job description CNC Entry level Machine Operator Position--\$21/per hr Are you looking for a change, a Career path, or just stable, dependable employment? Well, Cotter Machine is looking for Mature, Responsible, Mechanically inclined and Reliable Individuals with the capacity to learn. Candidates must have previous Vocational training in Metal trades or Manufacturing workforce experience and have a High School Diploma. Experience is not necessary. We will train. Candidates must have reliable transportation, and be able to stand for the entire length of their shift. CNC State Apprentice Program consideration after a 6 month minimum trial period. Salary to start is \$21.00 per hour. Work week is 40 hours plus Overtime: M-Th. 6 am -4:30 pm and Friday 6 am - 12 pm. Candidates MUST: Be Dependable Have a Positive Attitude Be able to Stay Focused Have a Desire to learn Be Able and Willing to Follow Instructions/Directions Be Able to Stand for a 10 hour Shift Be Capable of Performing Basic Math Applications..ie Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division Benefits offered for this position are: 100% paid Health Insurance Premium Dental Insurance 10 Paid Holidays Paid Time-off (PTO) accrual after 1 year of permanent employment equal to 40 hrs.; 2 years of permanent employment equal to 80 hrs. ; 5 years of permanent employment equal to 120 hrs.
