Utility Floater West Springfield, Massachusetts, USA 17 USD - 20 USD/Hour Description: This position will essentially act as a Water Spider in this role. They will begin with packing screws coming off of the packing machine into buckets and boxes. After they are comfortable in that role for awhile, they will also assist running the Grit Blasting machine. This machine removes any unwanted debris off of the screws prior to packing. This can be a dirty role, so the candidate must be open to that type of environment.
