An innovative home carenurse uses cutting edge technology and clinical knowledge to provide exceptional care to patients who require one on one attention and monitoring in the sacred place they call home. Compassionate care is provided to all members of our communities through a multidisciplinary approach working collaboratively with physicians, rehab team members, social workers, and home health aides.     Minimum Qualifications

    Graduate of an approved nursing education program, licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts,oneyear experience as a professional acute care nurse; home care experience preferred.
