Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Custodial Worker to join our team. This role requires cleaning common areas of apartment buildings and ensuring they are maintained to high standards. Initially, you will start with 30 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as you gain experience and training. The position operates Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas of apartment buildings

• Remove trash

• Sweep floors

• Vacuum carpets and rugs

• Sanitize countertops

Essential Skills

• Experience in commercial cleaning

• Proficiency in mopping and sweeping

• Capability in performing janitorial duties

• Ability to remove trash and maintain cleanliness

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Computer skills are a plus but not necessary

• Must have own vehicle to travel to different sites around East Hampton

Work Environment

The work environment includes cleaning within apartment complexes. You will need to travel to various sites around East Hampton using your own vehicle.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
