Human Resources Generalist Located in West Springfield , MA Salary: Starting at \$25/hr Express Employment is currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist for our client in West Springfield, MA. Starting at \$25/hr, based on experience Full Time Long Term Day Shift Job Details: Partner with site leadership and human resources team to administer various human resource plans, procedures, initiatives and ensure communication and execution is consistent across all sites. Engage with employees to understand their needs and concerns and provide / offer appropriate solutions that aligns to company practices. Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and non-exempt site positions. Monitor programs to promote positive employee relations and employee engagement. Performs benefit administration, such as open enrollment and communicates all benefit information to employees. Generate reports, conduct analysis, and provide input for decision-making for projects or initiatives. Maintains human resources information systems records and compiles reports from database as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
