Agency in Springfield, MA looking for an Account Manager/Director with over 2 years of experience. Must have agency, client service and strategic planning experience.

Requirements • Must possess proven experience in an Account Management role or similar

• Familiarity with '3M' and 'ADP - Financial Services' is required

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Demonstrated ability to use Management Systems effectively

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and 'About Time' software

• Knowledge of Billing Functions is compulsory

• Must have experience in Campaign Planning

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential

• Exceptional customer service skills are a must

• Must have a solid understanding and experience in Account Management Innovation starts with people.®
