Position Summary

As the Manager Facilities Analytics & Reporting, you will join the CVS Rhode Island based Property Administration team that supports all aspects of the business. This role is an opportunity to drive insights through analytics of a large volume of work orders in ServiceChannel, our web-based platform. You will leverage your experience while working with a variety of internal partners to understand the work they do, leading to actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be highly engaged, enthusiastic and proactively seek new opportunities to support the department’s strategy and goals through high quality and user-friendly deliverables. Strong collaboration and communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset will be key to succeeding in this position.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ability to structure analysis to develop and present insights utilizing advanced statistical techniques with a broad knowledge of the organization

  • Collaborate with business partners to understand their goals, develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, visuals and performance metrics

  • Present analytical results and recommendations to all levels of leadership

  • Translate data reviews into clear action plans

  • Investigate outliers, detect patterns and recommend solutions

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ year relevant analytics experience

  • Ability to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources

  • Experience building user friendly dashboards using Tableau and Power BI

  • Experience in SQL programming

  • Ability to apply strategic lens to solve problems and build solutions

  • Advanced presentation skills ,ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed, and meeting deadlines. ​

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Facility Management processes and work order platforms

  • Advanced skills with spreadsheets and presentation software, including a strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed, and meeting deadlines

  • Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals.

  • Demonstrating strong attention to detail and follow through with commitments.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
