This researcher will work with matrixed stakeholders to understand business needs and context. They will then help plan and execute research that is actionable, insightful, and cost effective to address needs. The researcher will be responsible for developing and synthesizing consumer attitudes and perceptions to evolve our member communications to reflect evolving marketplace and healthcare trends.

We’re looking for a curious and well-rounded insights professional who will represent the voice of the member/consumer and articulate this voice to marketing and other business partners. This role involves leveraging primary research, secondary and syndicated research, as well as internal data streams such as email-feedback and member-experience tracking. Conducting new primary research is also key to the role.

Enterprise Insights Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Insights.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years' of experience in customer insights research or measurement

  • 1+ years’ experience synthesizing insights from different sources into one clear deliverable

  • 5+ years’ experience with PowerPoint and Excel

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Comfort with drawing conclusions from data

  • Independent project management skills: strong attention to detail; proactivity; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Is curious and possesses a growth mindset: exhibits curiosity about our customers and members, and a desire to bring forth a better and richer understanding of their needs

  • Comfort conducting primary research as well as comfort doing secondary ‘desk’ research

  • Is responsive to fluid, sometimes unexpected stakeholder needs

  • Prior healthcare or financial services experience is strongly preferred

  • Experience working in a complex organization across a variety of stakeholder groups

  • Prior experience conducting competitor reviews and analysis

  • Compelling communication and storytelling skills, including communication of insights and recommendations both in writing and verbal presentations. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, stakeholders and vendor partners

    Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$69,300.00 - $149,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
